Service

The following information is provided as a basic summary only. For details contact your Sonus Imaging dealer, or call Sonus Imaging directly at 201-280-4419. Note: Replacement parts are provided at no charge only for defective components, not components damaged by misuse or abuse.

The Service Agreement

Our best agreement, it is the most cost-effective program available.

  • All replacement parts
  • All software updates for purchased applications
  • All probes are covered by our exchange program
  • One annual preventive maintenance call
  • All travel and labor costs
  • Telephone technical assistance
  • Under this agreement, service is rendered 8AM to 5 PM local time, 7 days/week (Except for National Holidays).

The Support Agreement

This agreement is intended to support qualified biomedical technicians who are direct employees of our customers. Training by Sonus Imaging is typically required.

In addition, initial screening of service problems and some troubleshooting with support by Sonus Imaging personnel via telephone is expected to be performed by the customer. Finally, all Sonus Imaging equipment (of the same Model) at the customer site must be included in the agreement.

This agreement covers:

  • All replacement parts
  • All software updates for purchased applications
  • All probes  are covered by our exchange program
  • All telephone technical assistance
  • No travel and labor is provided as part of this contract.
